UrbanSparks Digital Institute is looking for a **Telecaller Intern** to join our dynamic team. In this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in telecalling and sales, working with potential students to introduce them to our programs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their communication skills and build a foundation in sales within the education sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students to introduce UrbanSparks' courses and programs.
- Provide detailed information about courses, benefits, and job guarantee programs.
- Assist in meeting and exceeding monthly lead generation and enrollment targets.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to prospects.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential students.
- Track and maintain accurate records of calls and lead status.
- Assist the team with other telecalling and administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed high school or a bachelor's degree (preferred).
- No prior experience required; a willingness to learn and develop new skills is key.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and eager to take initiative.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
