**Description.**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to leads and prospects to promote our brokerage services

2. Engage with potential clients in a professional and dynamic manner

3. Identify client needs and preferences in order to match them with appropriate properties

4. Schedule appointments for our Sales Team to show properties to potential buyers

5. Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are being met and provide exceptional customer service

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and interactions

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent

2. Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred

3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
