**You’ll**:

- own and drive strategy and operations projects (business strategy, go-to-market, capability building, business planning, due diligence, operational problem solving, etc.)
- work closely with the leadership team to shape the future direction of the organization
- including defining the problem, breaking it down, formulating a hypothesis, structuring and conducting the analysis, synthesizing findings, storyboarding, and making recommendations
- work independently on some on-demand problems for the org with little direction or oversight
- Lead the problem-solving process and be the goto fire-fighter on the team

**Requirements**:

- At least 6-8 years of work experience in product strategy, corporate strategy, operations or management consulting
- Sales and business acumen.
- Superior problem-solving, bias for action and conceptual thinking skills.
- Strong track record with proven growth in your current organization.
- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to explain complex ideas (verbal, written, and long-form)
- the ability to manage a diverse set of stakeholders and influence without authority
- comfort with ambiguity and ability to work across cultures and time-zones
