If you’ve ever wanted to work shoulder-to-shoulder witha founder, and help build something meaningful from the ground up — this is that opportunity.Role OverviewAs part of the Founder’s Office, you’ll work directly with Amarpreet (Founder & CEO) on high-impactstrategic projects that shape Good Monk’s growth. You’ll operate as a problem solver, project manager,and business generalist across strategy, analytics, brand growth, operations, and investor relations. Thisrole is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving business problems end-to-end, andwants to experience the 0–1 and 1–10 phases of building a category-defining D2 C brand.Key Responsibilities• Drive strategic projects from problem definition to on-ground execution (across growth, brand,operations, or new categories).• Build and maintain founder dashboards, business scorecards, and decision-support models for growth,profitability, and key KPIs.• Collaborate cross-functionally across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product to ensure projectoutcomes are delivered.• Support in investor presentations, board reviews, and fundraising decks with crisp storytelling andstrong analytical backing.• Lead market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insight deep dives for upcominglaunches.• Partner with founder on special projects — from new product rollouts to new business partnerships ororg-building initiatives.• Drive operational excellence by implementing frameworks, process improvements, and playbooks.What We’re Looking For• 2–4 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, or Founder’s Office roles.• Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills.• Proficient in Excel / Sheets, Power Point / Slides, and dashboarding tools (Looker Studio, Tableau).• Ability to handle multiple workstreams, with a bias for action and outcomes.• Strong business curiosity — can connect numbers, brand, and consumer insights.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led, high-ownership environment.Why This Role MattersYou’ll be at the heart of Good Monk’s growth story — sitting next to the founder, solving diversereal-world challenges, and helping build one of India’s most purposeful nutrition brands.
