Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy
Executive- Founder's Office

to work closely with the Founder and CEO. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, managing details behind the scenes, and enabling the founder to focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a gatekeeper and trusted point of contact for the Founder – manage calendar, emails, scheduling, and appointments.
  • Liaise with government officials and departments for information sharing, documentation, or follow-ups as and when required.
  • Reach out to government authorities to pitch Beltech AI's business solutions, schedule product demos, and represent the company in early discussions.
  • Coordinate meetings, internal reviews, and investor interactions, ensuring timely preparation of materials.
  • Manage travel plans, logistics, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Draft and edit internal/external communication, meeting notes, memos, and reports.
  • Support documentation, compliance coordination, and communication between departments.
  • Track key action items and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks, special projects, and strategic initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • 0–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or Founder's office in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Fluent in English/Kannada; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
