**About the Role**

**Business Development**
- **Introduce Financial Products to Customers**: Understand customer needs and present relevant financial products and services effectively.
- **Close the Deals**: Negotiate and finalize deals with customers to achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- **Maintain CRM Records**: Update and manage all client interactions, leads, and deal progress in the CRM system to ensure accurate data and reporting.
- **Make Strategies for Deal Closing**: Develop innovative and effective strategies to enhance deal closure rates and improve customer acquisition.
- **Software Support**: Provide support for financial software solutions, including client onboarding and addressing queries related to usage.

**. HR Management**
- **Staff Attendance Management**: Monitor and maintain accurate records of staff attendance, leaves, and working hours.
- **Payroll Management**: Collaborate with the finance team to process employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- **Employee Relations**: Address employee queries related to attendance, payroll, and HR policies, fostering a positive work environment.
- **HR Compliance**: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies.
- **Recruitment Support**: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

**Qualifications**
- MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Marketing skills with a creative approach to promoting financial services.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and data interpretation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
