**Job Overview**:
Owleto is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MBA freshers to join our team. They will play a key role in conducting research for various product developments, surveys, competitor analysis, data analysis, and more to support Owleto's innovation initiatives.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and market opportunities in the ecommerce industry.
- Conduct various product research to explore new ideas and potential product enhancements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of surveys to gather insights from target audiences.
- Analyze and interpret research data to provide actionable recommendations for product enhancement and innovation.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and product positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, and sales to support innovation initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to inform strategic decision-making.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in conducting research, surveys, and data analysis.
- Passion for the ecommerce industry and a keen eye for emerging trends.
