**What you’ll do**:
- Work on the monthly replenishment of the CLO pool transactions and regulatory and external audit requirements related to the CLOs
- Work on interest payment calculations on CLO transactions, calculate the RWA reliefs brought about by the CLO transactions and assessment of significant risk transfer(SRT) guidelines as defined by Prudential Regulation Authority(PRA), the UK regulatory
- Carrying-out eligibility checks on each transaction before they are deemed fit to be included in the CLO pool
- Perform detailed analysis on CLO pool by gathering, cleansing and remediating data issues in the CLO pool
- Work on regulatory requirements governing the CLO transactions from the CLO originator banks perspective
- Partially support on pricing platform used across global banking and commercial banking frontline bankers to model their lending transactions
- Work on regulatory requirements around credit risk transfer, Basel norms, credit risk mitigation and Risk Weighted Assets
- Carrying out impact analyses of new methodologies and driving them through the relevant approval processes
- Work on the enhancement of our in-house pricing platform used by frontline relationship managers
- Working with huge volumes of pricing data to draw insights, trends etc.
Requirements
**What you will need to succeed in the role**:
- Must have 4 - 8 years of relevant work experience
- MBA in Finance from a reputed institute
- Knowledge of CLOs/CDOs structured finance and regulations governing them is mandatory
- Working knowledge of Basel norms/Risk Weighted Assets calculations is highly desirable
- Working knowledge of data analysis tools like Python/R is desirable
- Good understanding of corporate finance, banking and associated Bank book products & trading-book products
- Additional capability to understand and interpret SAS or database queries will be preferred
- Excellent communications - written and verbal and interpersonal / team skills
- Experience and ability to operate in a global setting / interact with Business Partners and Senior Management
