Conducts Hiring Manager meetings to identify expectations, clarify process and provide regular updates
- Oversees the requisition cycle and partners with Hiring Manager and Talent Strategy team
- Identify and develop relationships with key campuses across the country
- Serves as a shared point of contact for various internal (e.g., newly hired managers) and external resources (e.g., professional search firms)
- Administers recommended screening tools based upon position specifications
- Coordinates background checks with Human Resources department and evaluates references
- Completes all assigned and ad hoc reports and keeps all records and files accurate and up-to-date
- Must have the ability to manage multiple assignments

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
