About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic fresher to join our recruitment team. As a Recruitment Executive, you will learn end-to-end hiring processes, interact with candidates, and support our HR team in building strong talent pipelines. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to start a career in HR and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic discussions with candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Support senior recruiters in closing positions within defined timelines.

Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.

Learn and adapt to modern recruitment tools and practices.

Skills & Qualities Were Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Eligibility

Graduate/Post-Graduate in any stream (preferably HR, Business, or related fields).

Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of internship experience in recruitment/HR may apply.
