**Job Summary**:
As a Baker / Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for crafting a wide range of high-quality baked goods and desserts. The role requires strong baking skills, creativity, and attention to detail to meet the company’s standards and exceed customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake breads, cakes, cookies, pastries, and a variety of desserts.
- Decorate and finish products with precision and creativity.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all items.
- Experiment with new recipes and seasonal items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the baking area.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with ordering and stock rotation.
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to maintain smooth kitchen operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in baking or pastry production.
- Professional knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Creativity and passion for bakery and dessert innovation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Culinary diploma or certification in baking/pastry (preferred but not mandatory).

- **Working Hours**: Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays when required
