We combine elegance, craftsmanship, and functionality to transform spaces with our tailor-made drapery and soft furnishings. As we grow, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Backend Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

**Role Overview**:
The Backend Coordinator will serve as the central point of communication and organization between internal teams, designers, vendors, and the installation team. This role requires a high degree of efficiency, coordination, and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Create, format, and maintain presentations, reports, and documents using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Generate accurate and timely quotations for clients based on design inputs.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Liaise with designers to understand project requirements and ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain continuous communication and follow-ups with vendors and installation teams.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery of materials and project milestones.
- **Project Support**:

- Track project timelines, updates, and ensure task completion across departments.
- Assist in managing backend logistics for ongoing projects.
- Maintain records of inventory, deliveries, and vendor interactions.
- **Follow-Up & Accountability**:

- Ensure deadlines are met by all involved parties through consistent and professional follow-up.
- Troubleshoot and escalate any delays or concerns to the management team promptly.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficient in **MS Excel**, **PowerPoint**, and **Word**.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience working in a design/interior/luxury lifestyle company is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
