**About the Role**

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and dependable **Executive Assistant** to support the **Managing Partner**of **Recruiting Genie LLP** in day-to-day business operations, along with certain personal and administrative tasks. This is a high-impact role that offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder and contribute directly to business growth and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the Managing Partner’s calendar, schedule appointments and meetings, prepare and share agendas, record Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and follow up on action items.
- Support with daily operations of Recruiting Genie LLP and its sister firms, ensuring smooth office functioning in the absence of the Managing Partner.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain effective communication and timely task execution.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations and assist in driving talent acquisition initiatives.
- Conduct research, gather market intelligence, and support business development and growth strategies.
- Assist in basic invoicing, bookkeeping, and follow up with clients for pending payments.
- Accompany the Managing Partner to attend business meetings, client visits, and professional events.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Provide occasional personal assistance to the Managing Partner, including travel planning, personal errands, and coordination of appointments or tasks as required.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- A graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in executive assistance, coordination, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with strong presentation ability.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities with mínimal supervision.
- Critical thinker with a proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.
- Eagerness to learn new tools, adapt quickly, and take initiative when needed.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
- Willing to travel occasionally for business meetings and events.
