Floor Supervisor

We are looking for a **Floor Supervisor**to manage the day-to-day work on the **Royal Enfield workshop**floor. You will be in charge of assigning tasks to technicians, checking the progress of each job, and making sure every bike is serviced properly and on time. You will also help Service Advisors in checking the bikes before delivery and talk to customers if needed.
Your job will also include making sure all tools and parts are ready, keeping the workshop clean and well-organized, and guiding technicians when they need help. You will be expected to train the team regularly, lead service drills, and help new technicians improve their skills. Working closely with the Works Manager and CRM, you will help solve customer complaints and improve service quality.
Most importantly, you will lead the service team to meet their daily and monthly targets while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. If you are passionate about motorcycles, good at managing people, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
