**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Surgical Devices
**Location**: Bengaluru, Karnataka
**Job Type**: Full-Time
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Sales Executive** to promote and sell a premium range of surgical products, including energy-based devices, laparoscopic instruments, sutures, staplers, and hernia solutions. The role involves working closely with surgeons and hospital staff, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving monthly sales targets through clinical selling and strong customer engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive sales by generating orders from hospitals and surgical centers.
- Conduct regular visits to operation theatres (minimum 4 times a week).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and key decision-makers.
- Perform product demos and support evaluations.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Ensure timely reporting of activities and sales trackers.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharma, or Life Sciences.
- 1-4 years of sales experience in the medical or surgical device industry.
- Familiarity with OT procedures and working environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
**Salary**: Competitive + Incentives

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
