Field Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits
- Understand client needs and present tailored design solutions from Floorlo’s portfolio
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with architects, builders, and end clients
- Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and timelines
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client expectations are met
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events to build market presence
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, furniture, real estate, or related industries(Freshers are welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Ability to understand design concepts and communicate them effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
