**Admin & Accounts**

Accounting:

- Manage the organization's financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment management.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to management.
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.
- Assisting Accountant and Compliance team in filings and various reporting activities
- Prepare daily MIS for different business requirements, including Bank reconciliations.
- Will be required to maintain list of payments made and collections. Basic knowledge of accounting is must. Should be familiar with tally or other accounting systems. Should have prior knowledge of making online payments.
- Prepare, send and store the record of invoices on time.
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
- Evaluate all agreements and invoices and organize customer contracts.
- Maintain and update the status of accounts receivables and payables.
- Reconcile all bank accounts and resolve all issues in processing the financial statements.
- Responsible to receive and verify bills and requisitions for goods and services.

Administration:

- Handle daily Office administration activities, including payment processing, invoice creation.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees.
- Handle general correspondence and communication.
- Provide administrative support to various departments and staff members.
- Assist in event planning and coordination.
- Maintenance of expense book, local travels, petty cash registers
- Follow up with vendors, clients from time to time for quotations, invoices etc.
- Maintain efficient client services and administration.
- Process general administration functions.
