**Responsibilities-**
- Achieve and exceed assigned Lead Generation targets and objectives
- High-volume cold calling to establish new, high-quality opportunities with prospective clients and contacts
- Own the lead from identification to closure
- Collaborate with BU Head, PreSales, Tech/Delivery teams to prepare & present the proposal
- Update and meticulously maintain the CRM database
- Research industries and companies to develop lead lists and campaigns using various sources/channels
- Provide appropriate reports and management updates on a daily/weekly basis and solicit feedback and direction when appropriate

**Requirements-**
- Preferred proven sales experience, in the US, AU, ME, EU B2B market context
- Ability to work both independently, with other team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priority changes occur often

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
