Cultivate and develop relationships with the existing institutional donors - foundations and CSR
partners - to ensure renewal of grants, and strengthening and deepening of existing
relationships.
- Conduct research on and identify suitable potential new funding opportunities and partners in
India (institutional, corporate CSR, etc.) and secure new institutional funding partnerships.
- Network and build relationships with existing and potential new donors
- develop budgets for funding proposals.
- Developing MOU, Preparing of plan work orders, manage and oversee the programs
- Ensure timely, accurate and high quality reporting to existing donors
- Collaborate with Research, Impact and Communications team on evaluation of programmes
and their impact, and ensure these take into consideration donors’ needs and expectations, as
relevant.
- Oversee and manage all communications with existing donors, including through social media,
- Introduce new and develop existing processes and protocols for recruitment and management of
volunteers to ensure volunteering efficiently and they contribute and have a good volunteering experience in the organisation.
- To prepare annual plans and budgets for the team and report against the same; regularly report

internally to the core team and the board
- Undertake travel to other centers to see how the program is running, to meet donor / partners and for relevant activities, as and when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
