**Job Title - AVP Transformation**

**Location - Bangalore/Mumbai**

**Who we are looking for**:
The purpose of the job is to work collaboratively with operations team to understand existing processes, assess operational effectiveness, make suggestions to streamline functions and drive delivery of such projects to improve department’s productivity. In addition, there might be a requirement to provide end to end support to investment company clients for timely completion of preparation of financial statements, portfolio schedules and associated mandatory reporting within stringent deadlines for audit / review and successful submission to the regulators.

**What you will be responsible for**:
As an Assistant Vice President, you will:

- Identify opportunities for efficiencies (to improve productivity and SLA performance) and drive delivery of such projects (automation, process improvements)
- Drive rigorous metrics related to the balanced scorecard to evaluate performance and drive reduction in variability/defects in critical business processes
- Support and execute innovation projects through the operational excellence agenda.
- Work with stakeholders more independently to obtain additional information that may be necessary from time to time to maintain automation solutions
- Collaborate with appropriate teams globally to ensure consistent service delivery, client solutions and client satisfaction. You may need to play as Governance with our JVs.
- Contribute to enhancing our regulatory standing and execute on critical regulatory and control management plans, including those contributing to the successful execution of ORI initiatives.
- It will be an individual contributor role to start.

**Education & Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred
- Good knowledge of Lean methodologies & certifications like LSSBB and/or a master’s degree will be an added advantage
- Microsoft Office suite skills - proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query & Power BI tools
- Knowledge on Alteryx is required
- Lean Six Sigma, PMP, PMI Certification an added advantage

**Additional requirements**:

- 12+ years of experience in mutual funds/Hedge funds Financial Reporting & accounting, auditing, or related business activity.
- Ability to develop business relationships, both within and outside of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Strong problem resolution and analytical skills.
