Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive quality control frameworks to enhance accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in health claims processing.
  • Monitoring, auditing, and analysing claim data to identify errors, root causes, and opportunities for corrective action and process improvement.
  • Applying Lean Six Sigma principles, leading DMAIC projects, and conducting process analyses such as Value Stream Mapping and FMEA to optimize workflows and reduce operational inefficiencies.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements, maintaining thorough documentation for audits, and proactively managing risks to prevent compliance issues.
  • Collaborating and liaising with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership to drive process enhancements, training initiatives, and performance improvement plans.
Requirements
  • Six Sigma certification with proven ability to apply process improvement methodologies.
  • Significant experience in the health insurance domain, particularly in health claims processing.
  • Strong expertise in quality assurance, process optimization, and Lean Six Sigma tools.
  • Thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, including IRDAI and HIPAA.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership.
