**Job description**

**Position**: Performance Marketing Executive (Meta Ads Specialist)
**Location**: Saket, Delhi
**Experience**: Minimum 3 years (office experience required)
**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage budgets of ₹4-5 lakh per month effectively
- Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and creative strategy
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance; provide actionable insights
- Optimize campaigns for conversions and cost efficiency
- Prepare regular performance reports for management/clients
- Coordinate with design and content teams for quality creatives and copy

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on office experience in PPC/Digital Advertising
- Priority expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram campaigns)
- Must also have working knowledge of Google Ads
- Experience handling ₹4-5 lakh monthly ad budgets
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tracking and reporting tools
- Good communication and teamwork abilities

**Working Days**:

- Monday to Friday (Full Day)
- 1st & 3rd Saturday (Half Day)
- 2nd & 4th Saturday (Off)
- Sunday (Fixed Off)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
