Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify potential customers through market research and networking.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

2. Client Engagement:
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Understand client requirements and provide tailored software solutions.

3. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.

Articulate the value and benefits of software products to clients.

4. Negotiation & Closing:
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Ensure contracts are in line with company policies.

5. Market Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Provide insights to the product and marketing teams for strategy refinement.

6. Reporting & Forecasting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.

Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to management.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the IT/software domain.

Strong knowledge of software solutions and IT services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI, cloud computing, or cybersecurity (preferred).

Key Metrics:
Sales revenue and quota achievement.

Client acquisition and retention rates.

Pipeline growth and conversion rates.

Pay: ₹9,577.03 - ₹40,000.00 per month
