Sales Executive

**1. Sales Executive (Real Estate - 2-4 years of experience )**
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients and businesses
- Working with marketing to create and execute strategies to achieve sales goals
- Negotiating with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements and close deals
- Delivering presentations about the company's products and services
- Analyzing sales reports and data, and market trends
- Handling and resolving customer queries and complaints
- Participating in trade fairs and conferences
- **2. Sales Manager ( 5-8 years of experience)**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work with both customers and team members
- The ability to develop and lead a team, and keep them motivated
- The ability to analyze and interpret data
- The ability to manage problems between customers and team members, and recognize customer needs
- Attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
**3. Sales Head ( 10+ years of experience)**
- Creating sales plans and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This may include identifying new markets, analyzing data, and setting sales targets.
- Motivating and ensuring the effectiveness of the sales team, including account executives and sales development representatives (SDRs).
- Working with other departments to optimize business performance and contribute to the organization's smooth running.
- Monitoring industry changes and other factors that could affect sales performance, and finding ways to improve revenue and meet sales targets.
- Fostering relationships with premium clients and buyers, and ensuring customers are happy and receive the best service.
- Offering advice when preparing proposals or bidding documents for important accounts.
- Motivating and ensuring the effectiveness of the sales team, including account executives and sales development representatives (SDRs).
- Working with other departments to optimize business performance and contribute to the organization's smooth running.
- Monitoring industry changes and other factors that could affect sales performance, and finding ways to improve revenue and meet sales targets.
- Fostering relationships with premium clients and buyers, and ensuring customers are happy and receive the best service.
