**Job description**

To deliver as per Production Plan as per timeline

2. Daily monitoring the reports of in process chemist and **supervior** operator and escalating any deviation and shortfall in production.

3. Physical verification material on line and to also plan in coordination with store as production plan by verifying physical stock of **Supervisor** and inform for deviations.

4. Have focused approach towards material planning system by optimum utilization of the available resources & waste reduction.

5. Be able to analyze daily availability and allocation of manpower in **Design dryer section**

6. To closely monitor various processes, reports and maintain documents for compliance as per defined production process

7. To involve personally and ensure/enhance machine and processing reliability.

8. To monitor production status. identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.

9. To resolve production related issues and escalate unresolved issues / deviations to the management promptly.

10. Daily meeting with section operator and discussing the data of production quality and wastage and understanding deviation and agreeing to the corrective action.

11. To ensuring that health and safety regulations are met in the section.

12. To ensure that all QA/QC standards of production are adhered in the section

1. Proven work experience supervisory role

2. Familiarity and hands on experience on working on machines

3. Should be very good in MS office

4. Good experience in Production, Inventory and Labour Management as well as Quality Control.
