The post is for senior supervisor in a furniture production unit who will be responsible for day to day monitoring Key responsibilities include Staff Management -Managing attendance leaves of staff and new hiring as per production requirement Supervision Supervise a team of Carpenters Painters and Sofa makers ensuring quality standards and meeting time schedules Ensuring furniture sizes and finishes as per manufacturing files Inventory Management Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods ensuring timely procurement Training and Development Organizing training and development opportunities for production staff in assistance with management Safety Compliance Ensure all safety protocols are followed related to health and safety of the workers and removal of any hazards in advance QUALIFICATIONS Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry Skills Ability to read cad based drawings Ability to use cad software is desirable A Personal Attributes Strong Leadership in managing Blue collared work force Problem-solving mindset ability to work under pressure and commitment to achieving production targets Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Leave encashment Education Diploma Preferred Experience total work 5 years Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 01 09 2025 Expected Start Date 01 09 2025
