**Role Description**

This is a full-time role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating and managing content across various social media platforms, and tracking the performance of social media campaigns. The role involves close collaboration with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging. The position is on-site, located in Lucknow.

**Qualifications**
- Ad Campaign for lead generation - Google, Meta, Whatsapp, LinkedIn, Pinterest
- Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
- Social Media Content Creation skills
- Marketing and Communication skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
