**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic **Content Creator & Social Media Handler** to join our marketing team. If you're passionate about crafting engaging content and building strong social media communities, this role is perfect for you. You will develop and execute creative strategies to increase our online presence, ensuring that our brand remains fresh and engaging.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:

- Create high-quality written, visual, and video content tailored for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Brainstorm and implement creative content ideas aligned with our brand’s identity and marketing objectives.
- Write engaging captions and copy that resonate with our target audience and encourage interaction.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in content creation and social media.

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage daily posts and updates across all social media platforms using scheduling tools.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, responding in a timely and professional manner.
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, etc.) and provide reports on social media efforts, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader campaigns and initiatives.

**Community Engagement**:

- Interact with followers, fostering a sense of community around our brand.
- Respond to comments, questions, and messages to build meaningful connections.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and industry leaders to amplify our reach.
- Organize contests, polls, and other interactive initiatives to boost audience engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics.
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and detail.
- Ability to adapt content for different social media platforms and target audiences.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
