**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a **Content Creator** who can develop engaging and impactful content tailored for digital platforms. From writing captions and blogs to ideating creative campaigns and producing reels/videos, this role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, stays updated with social media trends, and can translate ideas into share-worthy content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative content for social media platforms, blogs, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Ideate and script short-form video content (reels, stories, YouTube shorts, etc.).
- Be willing and able to create **UGC (User-Generated Content)**style videos for campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team to create cohesive campaigns.
- Conduct research on industry-related topics to generate fresh and relevant content.
- Stay up-to-date with trending formats, hashtags, and digital media best practices.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, tone, and brand consistency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 0-2 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media management.
- Strong command of written English and Hindi (bilingual fluency is a plus).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Creative thinking with the ability to adapt content for different audiences.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools will be an added advantage.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chinhat, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- UGC Video Creation: 1 year (preferred)
- Content creation: 1 year (preferred)
- Content Writing: 1 year (preferred)
