Sales Duties

1. Identifying Potential Clients:

- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.

- Use CRM tools to track leads and opportunities.

Marketing Duties

1. Marketing Strategies:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns.

2. Digital Marketing:

- Manage online marketing efforts, such as social media, SEO, and paid advertisements, to increase brand visibility.
- Create and publish engaging content to attract and inform potential users.

3. Market Research:

- Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

4. Event Participation:

- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and generate leads.

5. Brand Management:

- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.

Collaboration
- Coordinate with the sales, product, and customer service teams to align efforts.

Performance Analysis
- Monitor and analyse the success of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Use feedback and data to refine strategies for better results.

Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and data analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet sales and marketing goals.

Pay: From ₹21,999.00 per month
