**Job Overview**:
The Area Sales Officer is responsible for increasing sales in a specific area by managing customer relationships, finding new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. This role involves field visits, promoting products, and working closely with the sales team to grow the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Achieve Sales Targets**:
Meet or exceed sales goals each month by selling company products in the assigned area.
- **Find New Customers**:
Identify and approach new customers or businesses to expand the customer base.
- **Maintain Customer Relationships**:
Build and maintain good relationships with current customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Plan & Report Sales**:
Create sales plans for your area and provide regular updates and reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
- **Conduct Field Visits**:
Visit customers, retailers, and distributors regularly to promote products and collect feedback.
- **Know the Products**:
Stay informed about the company’s products and use that knowledge to educate and persuade customers.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in [industry, e.g, retail, or B2B sales]

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the area.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,573.82 per month
