## **Role Overview**:
We are looking for a reliable and professional Outreach & Communications Executive to represent the company in connecting with businesses and collaborators. This role is crucial for maintaining our network, tracking leads, and supporting various creative initiatives.
## **Key Responsibilities**:

- Make and edit proposals for outreach.
- Maintain and track a database of contacts, leads, and responses.
- Assist during workshops, shoots, and events.
- Record and edit short videos on phone for social media.
- Make and attend professional calls on behalf of the company.
- Ideal Age **25-30**, responsible and professional.
- Loyal, dependable, and committed to staying in the role long-term.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident interacting with people across industries.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to track multiple leads efficiently.
- Willing to learn and adapt to company-specific outreach processes.
Preferred Background:

- Any graduate; office/admin experience or communications background is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic office tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Trello
## **Work Type & Compensation**:

- Full-time role based in Andheri West, Mumbai, 6 Days a Week.
- Occasional flexible hours for workshops, shoots, or events
- Compensation includes loyalty bonus, basic incentives + performance bonuses
## **How to Apply**:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
