**Industry Process Expert (Electromagnetic Simulation)**

SIMULIA has an opening for Industry Process Expert in the electromagnetics domain. You will leverage your technical expertise to create electromagnetics solutions, explain, demonstrate, and prove the value of our solutions to our clients and partners in support of our revenue objectives. This position is based in Pune, India.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Use Dassault Systèmes electromagnetics simulation portfolio to demonstrate the value of our solutions to address customer and industry challenges. Work with the global Industry Process Success team on developing and testing reference designs and proofs on concept and demonstrate to clients as required. Support and test new methods and workflows that directly improve the client experience.
- Become the internal trusted advisor to the technical and industry teams, and sales channels, supporting them with SIMULIA product expertise.
- Identify gaps in our solutions and provide R&D with the requirements for the expected user experience, in collaboration with product definition teams
- Develop go-to-market material that highlights our capabilities and value
- Periodically, contribute to and work on deployment of our solutions in the customer scenario

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Master’s degree in Engineering with knowledge in the electromagnetics discipline
- Experience required 2 to 7 years
- Good working knowledge of commercial EDA/CAE simulation/Design tools, ideally with CST STUDIO SUITE, Ansys HFSS, or similar.
- Familiarity with the design and simulation of Microwave and RF components like antennas, connectors and filters and system areas such as electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and signal and power integrity (SI/PI) ,
- Any experience working with automotive, industrial equipment, or aerospace OEMs/Tier 1 Suppliers will be a plus
- Strong understanding of circuit design principles and analogue/digital electronics.
- Knowledge of Semiconductor (microelectronics) and industry (typical designs - schematics and layouts, semiconductor device physics is a plus
- Expertise in one or more disciplines such as Design of Experiments, Optimization techniques would be a plus
- Expertise in programming languages such as VB, Python etc. would be a plus
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and comfortable discussing technical issues with others of varying levels of IT and engineering knowledge and experience.
