**Job Purpose**

The Admission Counsellor acts as the first point of contact for prospective parents and students. The role involves **counselling, guiding, and converting leads into admissions**, while ensuring an excellent experience throughout the enrolment process.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Counselling & Guidance**:

- Explain EuroSchool’s curriculum, pedagogy, facilities, and values to prospective parents.
- Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads effectively.
- **Admissions Process Management**:

- Guide parents through the entire admission process from inquiry to enrolment.
- Schedule school tours and counselling sessions.
- Ensure smooth coordination between parents and internal departments.
- **Lead Generation & Conversion**:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- **Database & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, visits, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review.
- **Event Participation**:

- Support open houses, counselling sessions, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and outreach.

**Skills & Competencies Required**
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Strong **persuasive and counselling abilities**.
- Good knowledge of **sales and marketing** techniques.
- Ability to handle parents’ queries patiently and professionally.

**Educational Qualification**
- **Bachelor’s Degree** (in any discipline).
- **MBA in Marketing / Education Management** is an added advantage.

**Experience Required**
- **2 to 3 years** of experience in **admissions, counselling, sales, or marketing**, preferably in the **education sector**.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
