Soft Service Executive will be fully responsible for the day to day Soft Services in the Common Areas, Amenities, Floor Lobbies ,and Handover Apartments Keys with JLL
He will be responsible for the Check list and SOP
He will ensure all equipment's are operational and PPM done by vendor
Should take inventory of the HK Material.
