**Job Description (Posting).**Required Skills**:
Minimum 6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst. Total Experience minimum 8 years.
Hands-on experience on the IRM/GRC ServiceNow platform as an administrator, developer or Techno-Functional Consultant
Experience of Standardizing/ Improvising IRM/GRC Processes and Functions implementations in large complex IT environments.
Experience in working with various levels of IT Service management internally and Client organization and ability to meet client s deadlines.
Hands on experience on writing the Process documents, process flows, User Stories and Functional Specification documents for IRM Processes.
Experienced in IT enablement of respective business function - Process Design, Process Implementation and Process Support
GRC certification
Great analytical and communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
Works closely with the ServiceNow Architect to ensure the solution is technically feasible and to identify areas to reduce implementation efforts.
Assists in quality management reviews and ensures that all business and design requirements are met.
Plays an active role in configuring the solution and supporting the technical team for any custom development required.
Prepare process documents, process flows, User Stories and Functional Requirements Specification documents for IRM Processes.
Prepare and present Business Case / Solution design / functional requirements for IRM Process Areas and Modules to customers
Work with tool developers to explain the requirements and ensure that developments is according to specified functional requirements and ensure that stories are well drafted.
Co-ordinate with Architect team to review the requirements and ensure the best practices are followed.
Process Training to Customer and vendor End users and support users
Preferred Skills
ServiceNow Admin/Developer Certification
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification
ITIL Intermediate Certification
Exposure to managing and implementing IRM processes
Comprehensive understanding of Service Level Agreements and performance metrics
In-depth experience of IRM/GRC systems (ServiceNow) and IRM Processes
Great written and verbal communications skills (including report writing)
Great presentation preparation and display skills (from a business perspective)
Knowledge of enterprise IT environments
Experience of working in a fast moving and changing large enterprise IT environment
Intermediate knowledge of business analysis, business management data systems, IT risk management, project management and technical problem resolution. (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (5.) To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
