**Job Title**: Sales Officer
**Job Locations**: Palakkad, Alappuzha, Kottayam
**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Expansion**: Identify and explore new opportunities to expand the market presence of Boche Tea in assigned regions.
- **Sales Management**: Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- **Stakeholder Support**: Address queries and provide prompt solutions to stakeholders, including distributors, suppliers, and customers.
- **Operational Coordination**: Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, vendors, and management to ensure the efficient and smooth delivery of products.
- **Market Insights**: Conduct regular market research to understand customer preferences, competitive activities, and emerging trends.
- **Promotional Activities**: Support and participate in promotional campaigns and events to boost product visibility and sales.
- **Customer Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster loyalty and retention.
- **Reporting**: Provide timely and accurate sales reports, including insights and recommendations, to the management team.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels at distribution points to avoid shortages and ensure timely replenishments.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG products.
- **Education**: Graduation in any discipline or significant relevant sales experience.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel within the assigned regions as required.
- **Other Qualities**: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
