
Field Sales Staff

Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including school visits, community events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences and market trends.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students and institutions.
- Sales and Promotion:
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our educational programs and services to prospective students, parents, and school administrators.
- Provide detailed information about course curriculum, admission procedures, and fee structures.
- Effectively address inquiries and concerns from prospective students and parents.
- Organize and participate in educational fairs, workshops, and seminars.
- Distribute marketing materials and promotional items.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school counselors, teachers, and administrators.
- Establish and nurture relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure a positive experience.
- Gather feedback and address concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Track and report sales activities and performance metrics.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all programs offered by the institute. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
- Knowledge of the local educational landscape. Skills:
