Our client, a prominent **food delivery company**, is seeking an experienced and proactive **Field Recruitment Officer** for the Palakkad District. If you excel in recruitment and field operations and thrive in dynamic environments, this is your chance to make a significant impact

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Onboarding Support**: Facilitate the onboarding process, including document verification, training sessions, and orientation into the organization.
- **Field Coordination**: Monitor and support delivery executives' performance and address operational challenges.
- Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
- ESI and PF benefits

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum qualification of any degree (preferred). Experienced Plus Two holders will also be considered.
- **Experience**: Preferred 1-2 years of experience in field operations, recruitment, logistics, or food delivery, or experience in B2B sales, insurance, or related fields.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to meet hiring targets, and proficiency in operational management tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
