You will be a core member of the marketing team, working on digital marketing campaigns for our agency’s clients and also on the agency's own marketing campaign.

You will be responsible for putting the ads creatives in the right place at the right time, reaching the desired audience for the least amount of money, across digital media platforms, monitoring, optimizing, and reporting on campaign performance, and managing ad budgets.

**Responsibilities**:

- analyze the marketing campaigns goals to determine appropriate channels to achieve specific campaign objectives
- create a media buying plan to achieve campaign objectives within the allocated budget
- execute digital campaigns on social media platforms and paid channels
- track digital campaign performance and analyze campaign metrics
- ensure all digital media campaigns are executed in a timely manner
- make recommendations to the marketing planner and strategist for any changes that should be made to the campaign to optimize the conversion ratio
- prepare and present campaign reports for clients and internal use
- other ad-hoc related tasks

**Requirements**:

- able to use data and analytics tools to determine what content types, channels, and tactics are most effective for the target audiences of the marketing campaign.
- a solid understanding of the latest marketing and analytics tools,
- strong understanding of main paid and organic channels and social medial platforms ads techniques and tactics
- good knowledge of handling social media influencers
- possessing a marketing generalist mindset and skills are required as you switch from media planner to media buyer, but also to brainstorm and contribute by pitching ideas for the marketing strategist, designer, and copywriter.
- strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- great negotiating ability
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- able to be a great team player and colleague

**Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- 3+ years of experience as a media planner and/or media buyer
- bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or a similar

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
