You will be a core member of the marketing team, working on digital marketing campaigns for our agency’s clients and also on the agency's marketing campaign.

You will be responsible for creating clear marketing plans and strategies and providing the information required for designers and copywriters to create compelling messages and visuals that generate sales leads.

**Responsibilities**:

- developing digital marketing strategies that align with marketing campaign goals and objectives
- evaluate and implement improvements on digital strategies
- create a detailed timeline for digital campaigns, including content production schedules, deadlines for creative deliverables
- provide the guidelines and information required for designers and copywriters to create the marketing creatives and content
- determine the best ways to reach target audiences,
- identify opportunities for growth
- other ad-hoc related tasks

**Requirements**:

- deep understanding of all of the digital touchpoints that a consumer interacts with every day
- able to identify the target audience and create customer personas to target on a more personalized level
- understanding the latest trends on how the target customers use the Internet and what devices they utilize every day for finding solutions to their problem
- a solid understanding of the latest marketing and analytics tools
- great knowledge of how the target customers interact with digital media
- strong understanding of main paid and organic channels and social media platforms tactics and strategies
- able to think creatively while also being able to manage multiple projects at once
- skilled at brainstorming, deadline-driven, organized and detail-obsessed
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- able to be a great team player and colleague

**Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- 3+ years of experience as a marketing strategist and/or media planner
- bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or a similar

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
