We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the International Lifecycle Strategy lead to identify and prioritize impactful marketing tests across the entire customer lifecycle, and develop a comprehensive roadmap for execution
- Actively test new channels and continually optimize current channels. This includes scaling, optimizing, and monitoring current lifecycle campaigns in multiple markets
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop messaging, creative, and promotions
- Analyse both qualitative and quantitative data to identify key opportunities and areas for optimization, and collaborate with business intelligence and data analysts to develop data-driven insights and recommendations
- Recommend goals and budgets for each campaign and develop an effective roadmap for achieving those goals, while ensuring accountability and transparency throughout the process
- Work collaboratively with the International Lifecycle Strategy lead and cross-functional teams, including management, analysts, and product teams, to set and achieve ambitious targets for increasing employer engagement at scale

**Skills/Competencies**:

- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Proven ability to measure marketing campaign performance, determine ROI of those campaigns, and use data-driven insights to refine the overall strategy and roadmap.
- Experience prioritizing, managing, and reporting on multiple campaigns in various channels for an existing customer base
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including marketing, product, customer service, sales, user experience, engineering, data science, and other stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for testing and measuring results. You are passionate about testing, with experience designing holdout and A/B tests

**Requirements**:

- 3+ proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant networks.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and website optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track, analyse, and report on marketing performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Creative mind-set with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
