**Salary**: ₹25,000 per month
**Schedule**: 10 AM - 7 PM IST (Day Shift)

**Who We're Looking For**

We are seeking an empathetic and motivated **Customer Service Executive** to help customers successfully use our tree-free paper and products. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about sustainability and customer support, with a keen interest in interacting with global customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle and respond to all customer inquiries professionally via phone.
- Guide customers in choosing and using Bluecat Paper products effectively.
- Resolve issues promptly and courteously, offering thoughtful solutions.
- Escalate technical/product-related concerns to the appropriate teams.
- Contribute to a knowledge base of common queries and solutions.
- Assist in improving customer care processes and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in customer support & service.
- Strong written and spoken **English communication skills** (writing samples required).
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for sustainability and helping customers.

**Start Date: Immediate**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
