**About the Role**

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our **Customer Service & Renewals** team in Bangalore. The role involves handling customer queries, assisting members with renewals, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to membership renewals and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Achieve assigned targets for renewals and customer satisfaction.
**Eligibility Criteria**
- Education**: Minimum HSC (12th pass)
- Experience**: Minimum 1 year in Customer Service (telecalling, retention, or renewal domain preferred)
- Languages Required**: Malayalam or Telugu (mandatory)
- Age Limit**: 22 - 37 years
**Work Details**
- Work Days**: Monday to Saturday
- Shift Timings**:

- Females**: 10 AM - 7 PM
- Males**: 12 PM - 9 PM
**Compensation**

**Salary**:₹18,000 - ₹22,000 In-Hand (based on last drawn salary and experience)
