**Job Opportunity: Customer Service Executive (Voice, Non-Voice, Semi-Voice Process)**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Voice Process**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Address customer queries, provide solutions, and resolve issues promptly.
- Follow communication scripts and maintain a professional tone.

**Non-Voice Process**:

- Accurately document and update customer interactions.
- Ensure clarity and professionalism in written communication.

**Semi-Voice Process**:

- Manage a combination of voice calls and written communication tasks.
- Adapt seamlessly between verbal and written customer interactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in [Language(s) Required].
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or BPO is an advantage.
