Location: Bengaluru, India
Shift: Night Shifts (US/Australian)
Work Mode: Work from Office
? Role Overview:
- Position: Customer Care Executive
- Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Engage with existing and prospective customers to gather information.
- Understand customer needs by asking insightful questions.
- Resolve customer queries related to products and services.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support.
? What You Need to Succeed:
- Excellent English Communication (both verbal and written).
- PUC (12th), Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, BE/B.Tech, and Graduates in any stream are welcome.
- Freshers and candidates with BPO or non-BPO experience are eligible to apply.
- Maximum Age Limit: 35 years.
- Shift Timing: Only night shifts (US/Australian time zones).
? Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: INR 2.9 LPA - 4.0 LPA (with Incentives and Goodies).
- ? Two-way free cab facility.
- ? Medical insurance for self and dependents.
- ? 5-day working week with 2 rotational offs.
? Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: PUC (12th), Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, Graduates (any stream), BE/B.Tech.
- Freshers and candidates with prior BPO or other domain experience are welcome.
- Immediate Joiners Only
- Work from office only (no remote or general day shifts).
- Night shifts only (US/Australian shifts).
