**About the Opportunity**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements and hiring timelines, providing regular updates on progress.
- Develop compelling job descriptions and interview questions that align with role expectations.
- Plan and coordinate interview processes, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person or virtual interviews.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment-related activities, including interview feedback and documentation, to ensure transparent communication with key stakeholders.
- Work with the HR Ops team to streamline the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Enhance the employer brand by actively promoting the company through social media, events, and other networking opportunities to attract top talent.
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices within the D2C space to attract the best talent in a competitive market.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or a similar recruitment role.
- In-depth understanding of different roles within the company and the ability to align hiring strategies accordingly.
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills, with the ability to stay updated on the latest recruitment trends.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
