**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**_Works as a full member of the Dealership team_**
1. Ensure the concern reports & warranty claims are raised in timely manner with all the relevant information and send to JLR India.
2. To maintain the warranty register & update the register after claims are settled.
3. Store the warranty parts at the designated area and ensure proper tagging & storage of parts.
4. Raise PAR/FRED if required as per warranty policy.
5. PDI concern reports to be prepared on daily basis & send to JLR India.
6. Monitor EPQR on daily basis on product concerns
7. Assist Team in Goodwill Support and Dealer Empowerment Policy as and when required
8. Keep the database for all warranty claims, PDI claims send to JLR India ltd. & update the credit notes received on those accounts.
9. Monitor the warranty & PDI pending claims & submit monthly report to the service manager & coordinate with JLR India Warranty Team for immediate payments.
10. Maintain Service Recall Campaign completion with coordination with Spare Part Team
11. Share and circulate all Vehicle Recalls and Bulletins with the concerned team and ensure completion within stipulated time as per JLR standards
12. Maintain Replaced parts under secured space as per JLR guidelines
13. Maintain Warranty Claim Settlement Reports
14. Maintain Discard Part details and records as per JLR guidelines

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
