CIVIL & FIT OUT Manager Incharge for leading the end to end civil and interior finishing of Data Centers. Will be responsible for all technical execution, project implementation, and completion of designated project within pre-specified time, cost, design, quality and safety requirements with focus on : Serve as the on-site Civil & Interior Engineer and lead project activities throughout construction of data center campus development. Supporting the Project Director in Identifying risk and develop risk mitigation plan, also draw contingency/back-up plan by developing alternate strategies in achieving project milestones. Supporting in Implementation of Project as per the approved project plan and STTGDC design standards. Possess leadership competencies and a willingness to collaborate and work cross-functionally to maximize business results and positive customer experiences. Facilitate and participate in a close working relationship with all STTGDC site personnel attending construction- based quality and assurance meetings, attend schedule and milestone review sessions, close monitoring of overall project management Having an eye to detailing and experienced with the Civil works, interior works, installation methodologies, usage based material selection, etc. C&I Works Management, coordination and Execution : Lead the coordination of C&I works on-site, addressing cross-disciplinary conflicts and technical challenges. Oversee the development, review, and submission of all engineering deliverables (e.g., shop drawings, technical submittals, material approvals, calculations) in line with project schedules. Coordinate with design teams & consultants for approval of C&I-related technical documents, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards & align with client expectations and contract requirements. Maintain accurate records of engineering deliverables, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Oversee the procurement of C&I materials and services, ensuring alignment with technical, cost, and quality objectives. Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment for C&I installations. Resolve technical issues during the procurement phase and manage material lead times. Review and verify construction plans and shop drawings for accuracy before installation. Provide technical guidance on site logistics, ensuring proper material storage and installation sequencing. Perform regular site walks and site inspections to observe progress, review construction versus design intent, review all benchmarking to ensure standard and quality are met, and flag potential concerns for engineering review. Oversee the on-site installation of C&I works, ensuring work aligns with project specifications and local codes. Coordinate subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of C&I works. Attend coordination meetings with project teams and ensure C&I works progress as per schedule. Work with project management to assess and manage high-level technical risks, ensuring strategies are in place for resolution. Conduct regular risk assessments and update the project team on potential challenges. Ensure the quality and consistency of C&I works through regular inspections and adherence to design documents. Provide guidance on quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Verify that all C&I works comply with safety regulations and building codes, with a focus on health and safety. Manage and coordinate the preparation and approval of as-built documentation along with ensuring all documentation, warranties, and manuals are in place for project handover. Key Skills In-depth knowledge of Civil & interior works. Expertise in interpreting engineering drawings, submittals, and specifications focussed on civil finishing works . Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, and project management software. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Prior experience in large-scale Data Center or industrial projects preferred. Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering with Min of 10 -12 years' experience in IT & Commercial fitout works. Preferred : min. of 2 year's experience in DC interior works.
