**Position**: Field Sales Executive
**Industry**: Health & Wellness (Diabetic-Free Food Products)
**Work Hours**: Flexible 9-hour shifts
**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000 per month + Travel Allowance
**Experience**: 4-5 years in sales (preferably in FMCG or related fields)
**Location**: Mira Road to Andheri
**Requirement**: Own bike (mandatory)
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for diabetic-free food products.
- Identify and onboard new clients, including retail stores, pharmacies, and distributors.
- **Market Development**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Develop strategies to increase product visibility and market share in the assigned territory.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Educate customers about the benefits of diabetic-free food products.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- **Travel & Coverage**:

- Cover the assigned areas from Mira Road to Andheri effectively.
- Regularly visit clients and prospects, maintaining a consistent presence in the market.
- **Reporting & Coordination**:

- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the management team.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order fulfillment and delivery.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven 4-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the health, wellness, or FMCG sector.
- Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi/Marathi is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of the assigned geography (Mira Road to Andheri).
- Ability to explain product benefits effectively to potential clients.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones and sales reporting tools.

**Other Requirements**:

- **Bike**: Mandatory (travel allowance provided).
- **Flexibility**: Open to working flexible hours within the 9-hour shift.
- **Physical Fitness**: Comfortable with fieldwork and extensive travel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
